Elevator has partnered with Innovate Solutions to provide a more interactive research platform which can drive a dialogue with the patient, rather than traditional face-to-face or online questionnaires.
Patient data including levels of pain, mood, medication taken etc, is captured using Elevator’s proprietary desktop widget platform. Instead of collecting data for analysis from a single interaction (a questionnaire provided to the patient or a formal interview for example) the widget creates a continuing conversation probing the needs and the view of the patient to provide a deeper understanding of what patients seek from their medication and medical treatment.
